Production training - CSEB
Training your team to make Interlocking Bricks CSEB. A hands-on training conducted in your country or in Nepal. Trainees with all backgrounds can participate.
Training lenght and content: 4-6 days are recommended:
Day 1 – Soil test and mixing. Understanding the properties of different soils and how to test and mix it is the most important skill for quality bricks.
Day 2 – Machine operation & production. Making bricks and operating the machine. We open up the machine and make sure your team understand each part and how to maintain it.
Day 3-4 – Efficient production & quality control. We make bricks and mix from different soils ensuring that all participants learns under our supervision. How to check quality of the bricks.
Day 5-6 – Efficienct production & best practise
Bringing the production to full speed, teaching how to produce at scale. We share best practice how to produce Interlocking Bricks.
Construction training - CSEB
Training your team to build with CSEB Interlocking Bricks. A hands-on training conducted in your country or in Nepal. Trainees with all backgrounds can participate.
Training lenght and content: 8-12 days are recommended
1) Foundation & disaster resistance
Theory combined with practical training, building the foundation of your first building.
2) Walls & beams
Brick laying, beam casting, quality control and wall construction, while building the walls of your first building.
3) RCC & loadbearing structures
The training can cover both how to build loadbearing and RCC structures with Interlocking Bricks.
4) Designing buildings with Interlocking Bricks
Key design principles with Interlocking Bricks and guidelines to follow.
